Job DescriptionThe Customer Sales and Service Associate (CSSA) provides competent, caring, fast, and accurate service to client's banking needs in line with the Bank's overall objective of service excellence.ResponsibilitiesProcessing over-the-counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashment, payments and miscellaneous transactionsAssisting UNIPRO for certain activities such as scanning, filing of signature cards and other bank documentsReviewing all check transactions and verifying authenticity of all notes receivedCross-selling to existing clients of the branchReferring transacting clients who have queries or are interested in other bank productsContinuously providing a WOW Customer Experience to all transacting clientsPerforming other functions that may be assigned from time to timeQualificationsBachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-relatedNo work experience required but experience in customer service is an advantageGood communication skills and interpersonal skillsHigh level of initiative and innovationAbility to work well with people from various socio-economic classesWilling to be assigned in Quezon City area
