Roles: Banking Delivery/Program Manager (who will be the onsite leader for a multiple / collection of accounts)Location: Brussels, BelgiumIs it Permanent/ Contract: PermanentSalary Budget: best reasonable market rangeIs it Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite - involves travel across multiple cities to meet CustomerLanguage: Fluent in English and FrenchRole OverviewKey responsibilitiesProject and delivery management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, managing scope, resources, and dependencies.Team leadership: Lead and support delivery teams, often using agile methodologies like Scrum, to ensure they are productive and unblocked.Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners, providing clear and regular updates.Risk and issue resolution: Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks and cross-functional issues to ensure smooth delivery and a seamless handover to operations.Process improvement: Drive continuous improvement by optimizing delivery processes and promoting a culture of efficiency and quality.Financial management: Accurately estimate, manage, and report on project finances, ensuring adherence to budget .Required skills and qualifications Project management: Strong skills in planning, time management, risk management, and scope control.Leadership and communication: Ability to lead a team, communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences, and build strong relationships.Analytical and problem-solving skills:Proficiency in analyzing complex problems, identifying solutions, and making decisions.Technical and financial knowledge: A solid understanding of the technical and business aspects of financial services and digital transformations.Agile methodologies: Experience with agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum.Education: A degree in a relevant field like finance, business, or economics is often required.
