Banking Paralegal

ClientA leading global law firm are recruiting for an experienced Banking Paralegal to join their busy team.The roleYou will join the firm’s highly successful Banking and Finance team who advise on a broad spectrum of funding arrangements- from day to day banking and finance transactions to complex, cross-border international trade and investment projects.You will support members of the team based across the firm’s offices and will act for high profile financial institutions, overseas lenders, private banks and private investors.In this role you will support the team with various matters including :Onboarding arrangements for clients;Preparing ancillary documents and forms,;Managing the conditions precedent process;Preparing documents for completion of transactions;Checking and proof reading documents; andPreparing and managing payment instruction forms and invoices.CandidateYou must have experience working within a Banking and Finance team. Experience with property/real estate finance is desirable.It is important you have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.Why apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading international firm.
