Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Videographer/Video Editor with a true passion for all things automotive to join our Creative/Marketing team.

In this position, you'll be creating compelling educational content to grow our fan base using new and existing video footage, graphics, visual effects, and sound.

Main ResponsibilitiesProduce high quality video for editorials, tutorials, and promotional purposesEdit and present short and long-form video for social mediaEdit images, alter video content, and make color corrections and enhancementsEdit on location if neededFollow direction of Marketing Manager on content and pacing of videosDiscuss video production at various stages of completion; use feedback to edit video and make changes as necessaryDevelop innovative approaches and ideas; generate suggestions for improving workHelp to maintain a shared calendar with current and future projects which include progress and completion of projectsCollaborate and communicate in a team environmentApply excellent communication skills to work directly with high-level executives and be extremely detail-oriented, organized, timeline focused and a creative problem-solverMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience producing and editing video, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient in lighting, framing and general cinematographyAdvanced experience with Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.

Experience with other visual effect suites is a plusExperience using a production workflowAbility to meet agreed-upon deadlinesHave an outgoing personality and be able to maintain a positive, professional attitudeHighly responsible, self-motivated and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, creative environmentStrong work ethic and the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environmentHands-on, proactive in natureExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)Hourly pay$35—$42 USDActual pay offered to candidates will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant candidates’ experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
