Responsibilities: Ensuring the safety and effectiveness of tools and equipment used within the security and safety plan of branches/units, and the bank’s departments, in coordination with branch management/units/department heads, and the Human Resources sector, regarding how crisis management is handled and how to coordinate with all related entities in this regard. Monitoring the proper implementation of safety and health procedures for all internal units in each branch/unit/department, and following up on coordination with the concerned departments, without exception, regarding civil defense requirements.
Following up on the bank’s emergency and evacuation plan and coordinating with the relevant departments/units regarding civil defense, safety, and occupational health requirements. Reviewing and updating the risk register for branches/units/departments in coordination with the Risk Sector and all relevant departments to ensure that it reflects the current risks accurately. Preparing reports on the results of visits/inspections to branches/units/departments according to the occupational safety and health, civil defense, and safety requirements.
Coordinating fully with the branch/unit/department manager and the existing teams on-site to implement the civil defense, safety, and occupational health requirements for the project. Reviewing the readiness of medical kits available at the bank’s departments and branches during visits and commenting on them. Coordinating with the Ministry of Interior regarding the supply of war materials in coordination with the branch/unit/department manager and the contracts department.
Following up continuously on civil defense inspection reports to ensure that all observations are addressed and documented in the inspection reports, which are approved by the responsible parties within the branch/unit/department.
