The space is inspired by elegant beach house style, with natural textures and soft tones that create an inviting setting where every team member contributes to a premium guest experience.About The RoleWe are looking for a motivated, hard-working Barback to support our bartenders in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You will be the backbone of the bar, assisting with prep, stocking, cleaning, and anything needed to keep service seamless. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience, putting theory into practice, and learning the craft of mixology at the highest level.PrerequisitesStrong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Passion for cocktails and the bar industry Previous experience as a barback or in a hospitality role is a plus, but not required Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas) Recruitment TimelineCV screening begins in February Interviews start mid-February
