Address performance issues, conduct regular staff meetings, and foster a positive working environment.Inventory Control: Manage and monitor the bar's inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing wastage. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining a diverse and well-stocked selectionCustomer Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of customer service by training staff on service protocols, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and promptly addressing customer feedback or concerns. Monitor and maintain a clean and well-maintained bar area.Compliance and Licensing: Stay abreast of all relevant local, state, and federal regulations related to alcohol service and ensure the bar operates in full compliance. Maintain necessary licenses, and implement policies to prevent underage drinking and over-service.Financial Management: Develop and manage the bar's budget, tracking revenue and expenses. Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques to optimize sales. Regularly analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.Event Coordination: Plan and execute special events, promotions, attract a diverse customer base. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination for events such as conferences, and private parties that involve bar services.Requirements3+ years previous hotel/hospitality work experience in a Bar supervisory or management level preferred.Ability to write and communicate with guests, solve multiple problems at the same time, set up priorities, organize work and make certain decisions.Excellent communication skills in the English Language and people management experience.. Ability to develop team members and to work in a team environment.Demonstration of experience & success in managing a project or strategic change in the business.
