Istion Yachting is a recognized dealer for top-tier shipyards like Lagoon, Beneteau, Jeanneau, Bali, and CNB, catering to yachting enthusiasts and investors alike.Role DescriptionThe Fleet Analyst plays a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance, operations, and financial efficiency of a fleet of yachts. This position supports the yacht management & operations teams by providing data-driven insights to improve yacht utilization, maintenance planning, budget adherence, and overall fleet performance.Objectives of this roleDirect point of contact with Yacht OwnersNegotiation, Preparation & Management of Agreements & Contracts with Yacht OwnersPreparation of Cash Flow & P&L EstimationsMonitoring of monthly & annual yachts’ statements of accountsYacht Operational Expenses budget monitoringReview & comment on monthly P&L expenses - assist in reforecastingFinancial & Condition reporting to yacht ownersDay-to-day yacht operations monitoringWork closely with charter Base Managers, Operations, Chartering & Accounting Teams to ensure the proper maintenance & readiness of all yachts for charters Required skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Maritime Studies, Economics or relevant fieldMaster’s degree on the aforementioned fields shall be considered a plusExcellent knowledge of the English language (both oral and written skills)Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially MS ExcelHighly-motivated, detail-oriented individual with multitasking skillsAbility to meet deadlines, work efficiently & effectively within a dynamic environment, both individually and as part of a teamStrong communication & negotiation skillsLearning agility and business acumen Preferred skills and qualificationsExperience of 1-3 years in a similar roleProficiency in relevant software
