The role requires leadership skills, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with all company departments to achieve departmental goals.What You’ll Be DoingConducting risk assessments in all departments of the factories.Monitoring and improving safety procedures.Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (leading & lagging KPIs).Traveling to company sites for inspections, training, and team support.Designing Health and Safety training programs and emergency drills for staff.Maintaining, optimizing, and conducting internal audits of the system.Building and implementing a Sustainability Road Map for all Greece & Cyprus sites.Monthly monitoring of energy indicators at the factories for continuous improvement.Collaborating with the Continuous Improvement department to integrate sustainable practices into production processes.Required QualificationsEngineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental).At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment in a similar position.Excellent knowledge of English.ISO 45001 System Auditor Certification (preferred).Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).We’ll ProvideCompetitive salary based on qualificationsPrivate health insuranceCompany carHardware equipment (laptop, mobile phone)Continuous training and professional development opportunities.What happens next?If you are interested in joining our team, please send us your CV.Founded in 1932, Knauf is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction materials for interior design, building insulation, and design ceilings.Knauf entered the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) in 1997.
