We are looking for an experienced and motivated Wholesale & Food Service Manager to strengthen our presence in the Greek market.This is a key commercial role responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for the Wholesale (W/S) and Food Service channels (HORECA), driving profitable expansion and brand visibility across Greece.The RoleThe Wholesale & Food Service Manager will manage and grow partnerships with key distributors, wholesalers, and food service clients, ensuring strong market execution and business development. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational drive and a passion for premium food products and vast experience in HORECA and W/S channel in GreeceKey ResponsibilitiesLead the development and growth of Wholesale and Food Service channels in Greece.Build, manage, and support relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts (On & Off Premise).Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand GAEA’s footprint.Develop annual commercial plans and sales targets aligned with company objectives.Monitor channel performance, pricing, and market dynamics to ensure competitiveness and profitability.Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Wholesale and Food Service management, ideally within the FMCG sector.Solid understanding of premium food products and channel-specific dynamics.Proven track record in achieving sales growth and developing strong customer relationships.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented professional.Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).Why Join GAEAAt GAEA, we bring the authentic flavors and values of the Mediterranean to consumers around the world.
