About this roleAs an Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers, managing orders and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining our high-quality standards. Customer ServiceAct as the first point of contact for incoming orders and emails from assigned customers and suppliers. Provide cover for office colleagues during absences, coordinating with the Sales Administration Manager.
Order ProcessingAccurately process sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O), confirm orders to customers, and manage any amendments. Issue invoices promptly and ensure smooth financial processing. Handle purchase order processing – placing orders with suppliers for both stock and direct deliveries, including transport arrangements for ex-works orders. Warehouse & Distribution CoordinationSend dispatch notes to the warehouse/transport team for orders processed in F&O, making sure customer delivery deadlines are met. Quality ComplianceCarry out duties in line with ISO processes, GMP+, GDP, and other quality standards (training provided).
