Perform closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist. Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines.Talent ProfileProven experience as a barista in a high-traffic environment.Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art.Strong knowledge of beverage & cocktail preparation techniques and recipes. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Good command of written and spoken English.Valid working rights in Australia.
