The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of customers during their visit.QualificationsProven Barista skills, with experience in preparing quality coffee, espresso, and other beveragesStrong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming environment and handle customer interactionsEffective Communication skills to clearly understand customer orders and collaborate with team membersFood Preparation experience, with knowledge of hygiene and safety standardsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detailFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the onsite schedule
