The Painting Supervisor will oversee painting projects, manage teams, and ensure the proper application of paint and coatings. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising painters, managing work schedules, monitoring quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also requires coordinating with other teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and schedulingExpertise in Paint and Coatings application techniquesKnowledge of Insulation and its integration into painting projectsExperience or aptitude in Quality Control processes within painting or constructionAttention to detail and ability to ensure project safety and compliance with standardsPrevious experience in construction or related fields is an assetExcellent organizational and communication skills
