Job Description

To implement and manage business plans and objectives for all outlets under your responsibility thereby ensuring planned revenues, desired brand image and customer satisfaction. To manage and ensure smooth and efficient operations of the department within Brand guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and efficient manner to all guests to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate changes, decision and instructions to store employees Operating tools, kitchen and counter equipmentCompliance with regulations in terms of safety, working conditions, and work presentation methods in accordance with corporate stylePhysical strain to lift/move materialsWhere necessary, night duties may be part of the jobWalking and standing up, occasional sitting down workOccasional nuisance from heat (radiating heat) and vapours from equipmentRisk of injury through handling of knives, burns from hot surfaces and slipping on (wet/greasy) floorsPropagating the philosophy and brand of the label the associate works for (if applicable)Knowledge and meaningful skillsSenior secondary education (high school) Knowledge of (statutory and other) safety regulations and hygiene regulations (including social hygiene)Ability to work with deadlines and under pressureGood communication skills and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and planning skillsLeadership skills & excellent people management Motivating and developing others
