What you’ll be doing:
Develop and execute the global sales strategy to drive growth across key ophthalmology marketsBuild, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams across regionsLeverage your strong ophthalmology network to expand partnerships with KOLs, distributors, and key accountsWork cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and product teams to ensure commercial alignmentProvide strategic leadership at an executive level, reporting directly to the C-SuiteWhat we’re looking for:
