Located in several of the world's premier destinations, each Park Hyatt hotel is custom designed to combine sophistication with a distinctive regional character.About The RolePark Hyatt Kyoto is currently seeking an experienced Bartender / Senior Bartender who will be responsible for the efficient running of the Bar in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Bartender / Senior Bartender is responsible for supporting Bar Manager to manage the Bar as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. This is a highly visible role within the hotel and offers the opportunity to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction at Hyatt.Qualifications Qualifications - At least 2 years working experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar (including non-hotel) - Great knowledge and skill for Beverage - Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required - Business level in spoken English and ability to communicate in Japanese are essential. - Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
