Role Description This is an on-site, part-time role for Bartenders based in the City of Cape Town. Bartenders at Test Run Events are responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, and collaborating with event teams for a seamless guest experience. Bartenders must adhere to company standards of professionalism and event excellence at all times. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure positive interactions with guests and team membersExpertise in Bartending and Food & Beverage preparation to provide high-quality serviceProficiency in Cash Handling for accurate and efficient transactionsAbility to perform well under pressure in fast-paced event environmentsPrevious experience in event or hospitality settings is a plusFlexibility and availability to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends
