The company manages their products responsibly from discovery and development right through use, recycling and final disposal.For their growing Baltic team, we are looking for a Controlling Manager Baltics. What you can expectAs the Controlling Manager Baltics, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic coordination across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Your responsibilities will include:Full ownership of planning & reporting of the budget for AP Baltics.Prepare and monitor full Profit & Loss statements for two legal entities (BASF UAB, BASF SIA).Prepare monthly reports for APW-Controlling (Net Sales, Gross Profit, Market costs, Margin Performance).Produce other business reports for the three Baltic countries, including sales and local costs.Steer and coordinate local Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.Ensure consistent and accurate data entry in AP Reporting and SCM systems.Manage bonus/rebates by making correct accruals by customer at article level in SAP; calculate seasonal bonuses and issue credits to customers.Collaborate with Baltic Sales Managers on pricing, payment terms, and other commercial matters before and during the season.Contribute to Baltic S&OP meetings with participation of: Country & Sales Managers, Marketing Manager, Registration Manager, and Forecast Manager.Manage and lead a team, including target setting and development dialogues.Represent the Baltics in sub-regional and regional meetings.Act as a member of the Baltic Management Team for the AP Baltics division. What is expectedWe are looking for a candidate who brings a strong financial background, leadership capabilities, and regional insight.
