Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations, including ISO 17100, ISO 18587, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001. Conduct internal quality audits, develop audit plans, and prepare comprehensive audit reports. Support root cause analysis (RCA) and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and forms. Track non-conformities and quality incidents, ensuring timely investigation and resolution. Contribute to employee training on quality policies, standards, and procedures. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken). Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills. Excellent in Visio, HubSpot, Qtopia, and Raspberry.
