That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Legal & Compliance Student Assistant to join us as soon as possible. In this position you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting BD Energy’s growth and commitment to high standards.
Your work will span a range of key legal and compliance areas, including compliance with NIS2 and GDPR regulations, contract management and review, market entry processes and trading compliance. You'll also have the chance to explore and get involved in everything else that sparks your interest along the way, gaining practical experience at the intersection of law, innovation and energy.
What you'll doSupport the implementation of compliance processes in line with new regulatory requirementsWork closely with our Compliance Officer to interpret and operationalize complex legal frameworksCollaborate with teams across BD Energy - from trading to tech - to ensure compliance is built into how we workTake ownership of specific legal tasks and deliverables with real impactGain insight into how a power trading company functions day to dayWho we're looking forYou’re studying law or Commercial law and have at least 1 year until graduationYou’re detail-oriented, structured and not afraid to take initiativeYou’re comfortable navigating complexity and learning new topics quicklyYou’re fluent in Danish and EnglishYou’re curious about how legal frameworks work in practice - not just in theoryYou don’t need prior experience with the energy sector, as we’ll equip you with the tools and support you need - what matters is your mindset and willingness to dive in.
