Job ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of FMCG production and distribution. Manage supply chain logistics and inventory control. Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Lead, train, and motivate operational teams. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement departments. Identify and implement process improvements. Manage budgets and optimize operational costs. Negotiate with suppliers and service providers.
Prepare operational reports for senior management. Resolve operational issues and customer complaints.
