Akij Resources is looking for Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales ManagerKey PointsLead sales for spices, chocolates, canned foods & juices by setting targets, coaching teams, building client relationships, tracking market trends, driving growth, optimizing budgets, and ensuring smooth coordination with supply chain and marketing. Job Description / ResponsibilityDevelop and implement a regional sales strategy for bulk spices (wholesales Khatunganj and Molovibazar). Manage sales to B2B clients including food processors, spice traders, HoReCa, exporters, and large retailers. Identify and onboard new large-scale buyers, institutional clients, and industrial users. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue and volume targets.
Build strong relationships with key accounts,and bulk buyers. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and long-term supply contracts. Manage regional distributors or bulk suppliers where relevant. Monitor raw material (spices) price trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts. Analyze customer and market feedback to fine-tune product positioning and offers. Ensure proper stock planning and order fulfillment to maintain service levels. Handle customer complaints, product specifications, and quality assurance issues. Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers or Sales Executives. Promote a customer-centric and process-driven culture within the team.
Provide regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and business reviews to senior leadership.
