Supports staff results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Helps to coach, counsel, and discipline employees. Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents. Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Experience in BEPZA-based or EPZ/SEZ factories will be given preference.
Liaise with BEPZA, local authorities, and law enforcement agencies as required. Ensure accurate reports, records, and documentation for audits and management review. Uphold confidentiality and represent the company with professionalism and integrity. Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks. Good Communication in English and Excel, Word. Army background will be preferred.
