To ensure adherence to local, national, and industry-specific regulations. To prepare and present regular compliance reports to senior management. To conduct internal audits to assess compliance risks and gaps. To provide training to employees on regulatory requirements and company policies. To act as a point of contact for compliance issues and investigations. Keep up-to-dacate with regulatory changes and industry trends. Collaborate with legal counsel and HR on disciplinary or legal compliance matters.
TO maintain documentation and records related to compliance activities. Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and government agencies as needed. Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsProfessional certification is a plus.
