Emami Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for Assistant Officer- RTMJob Description / ResponsibilityCoordinate between sales and operations teams to ensure alignment. Manage sales documentation, contracts, and distribution database. Support onboarding and training for new SPO. Assist in executing RTM plans for distribution expansionsSupport market mapping and segmentation initiatives to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with respective Sales Forces to ensure product availability, distribution management and visibility. Maintain and update customer and sales data in the SFA, DMS. Identifying the gaps of field force productivity & alignment with the line manager. Follow-up sales team performance against different designed KPIs.
Conduct distributor & retail audits and provide actionable feedback to the sales team. Support distributor onboarding, stock planning, and secondary sales tracking. Collect market intelligence on competitors’ launches, pricing, and distribution strategies. Support to ensure basic hygiene of distribution/distributor operation across the assigned geography.
