Ensuring recruitment as per human resource planConfirmation of exit interview final settlement and paymentTo provide necessary training to new employeesEnsuring regular attendance management of officers and employeesTimely performance evaluation of officers and employeesEnsuring promotion and transfer of officers and employeesEnsuring timely disciplinary actionEnsuring justice, impartiality and timely actionTo inform everyone about the company's expectations and guidelines regarding zero tolerance truth and to be self-vigilant as a slight negligence can lead to the dismissal of anyone at any time.

Ensuring reporting, recording and documentationIncrease in salary fixation and ensure regular paymentVerifying the address and all the details of officers and employees before appointmentTo listen to the words of the officers and employees in case of any kind of problem and arrange for quick solutionTo maintain overall security in the company and take effective steps to counter potential channelsThe objectives of the company's management are to determine the policy and managerial functionsTo monitor the proper observance of company rules and regulationsAdvance planning, organization, team building and preparation for workEnsuring proper utilization of resources like electricity, water, gas etcTo ascertain the external and internal risks of the company and take necessary steps to eliminate themProper preservation of documents to meet auditTimely renewal of various license agreements and certificatesMaintaining regular communication with local administrationTo regularly monitor the functioning of all sectionsTransport management.
