The company is focused on merchant acquiring, QR-POS based payment systems and financial inclusion across the country. To lead its ambitious growth strategy, ZFL is looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) with proven expertise in digital financial services, merchant payment ecosystems, and operational leadership. Responsibilities: Oversee and drive the company’s nationwide merchant acquiring and QR-POS operations. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth, market penetration, and operational excellence.

Assist Company management to shape company vision and long-term goals. Manage cross-functional teams including operations, sales, IT, and compliance. Establish robust monitoring and reporting systems for key performance indicators. Ensure full regulatory compliance and risk management across all operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, MFS providers, aggregators, and relevant stakeholders. Lead strategic partnerships and product innovation in line with market needs. Educational RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field from a reputed university. Professional certifications in fintech, digital finance, or project management will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements5 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Financial Consultants,Financial Technology (Fintech) StartupAdditional RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in financial services or fintech sector.
