Long Life Diagnostic And Consultation Center is looking for Customer Service OfficerJob Description / ResponsibilityGreet patients and visitors politely and professionally. Provide information regarding services, tests, procedures, fees, and reports. Coordinate patient movement (reception → billing → lab/radiology → report delivery). Assist patients with special needs (elderly, disabled, etc. ). Collect patient feedback and escalate concerns when needed. Confirm consultation schedules and investigation availability with doctors. Ensure proper communication between consultants and patients (e. g. , delay updates, rescheduling). Maintain a friendly, respectful attitude toward all consultants and visiting professionals. Listen actively and empathetically to any complaints or service issues.
Resolve issues where possible, or escalate to the right department. Record feedback for service improvement.
