vivo Bangladesh (Head Office) is looking for Executive - Digital PlatformJob Description / ResponsibilityPrompt Query Resolution: Address customer queries, comments, and messages on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. ), email, and chat within 24 hours. Categorize queries by type (Customer Support, Sales, Technical, Feedback, or Escalation). Identify urgent/complex issues and escalate to relevant teams. Update Resources & Collaboration: Suggest improvements to FAQs/knowledge base articles based on common queries. Log interactions, track response metrics, and flag recurring issues for team review. Work with relevant/corresponding teams to resolve queries efficiently. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering feedback & customer engagement. Utilize tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. ) for data tracking, analysis, and actionable insights to guide service improvements. Innovation & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices. Recommend and implement innovative solutions for query management automation and performance enhancement. Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Digital Media, Customer query management, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)Experience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): TelecommunicationSkills & Expertise:
