Sheba Holdings Limited is looking for General Manager (Construction)Key PointsThe General Manager - Construction is responsible for overseeing all construction operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Description / ResponsibilityStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals. Lead and mentor project managers, site supervisors, and construction teams. Project Oversight: Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications. Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings. Financial Management: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.

Monitor and control expenditures and profitability of projects. Approve contracts, change orders, and procurement. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop construction staff. Set performance objectives and conduct evaluations. Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA and local regulatory compliance. Promote a culture of safety and accountability. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors. Address and resolve issues or concerns in a timely manner. Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular reports to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities. Ensure accurate project documentation and record keeping.
