Rendering support and advise to distributors on their promotional and marketing activities with the objective of enhancing Sony`s brand recognition in Bangladesh through the above activities. Create, research and identify opportunities as well as implementing strategies for the promotion of the Sony brand. Establish liaison between the parent company and local distributors; maintain good rapport with local distributors to gather market information from dealers including market trends and customer segmentation.
Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff in the Branch by supporting developmentProviding other support as needed to Headquarters in marketing and promoting awareness of the Sony brand and products. Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsCandidate must have minimum Degree from a recognized universitySkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Market Research, Liaison, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Promoting, Performance Evaluation, Implementing projectsExperience RequirementsAt least 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax ConsultantAdditional Requirements15 years of Sales/Marketing experience in consumer electronics industry.
Strong leadership qualities with at least 6 years of management experience leading a team. Solid financial knowledge, able to fully understand the financial report and make decisions from financial perspective.
