A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for Head of General Services DivisionJob Description / ResponsibilityA Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for Experienced Officials for the following post. Employment Status: Permanent in the rank of First Vice President/Vice President. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Bank’s General Services Division, including administration, procurement, premises, logistics, facility management and all other activates. Oversee and Manage the Bank’s Security Guard, Gunman, Peon and Messenger provided by third party/outsourcing companies. Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships in line with regulatory and internal policies.
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for asset management, maintenance, and security of bank premises and infrastructure. Oversee vendor management, contracts, and service-level agreements to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services. All work related to setup new Branch/Sub Branch/Booth etc along with relocating the existing one. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal controls in all general services operations. Plan and manage budgets for the branches/divisions related to GSD, ensuring efficiency and cost control. Coordinate with senior management, branches, and Head Office to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Educational RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. However preference shall be given to the candidates having degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related field. Experience Requirements15 to 18 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BanksAdditional RequirementsMinimum of 15–18 years of experience in relevant field with at least 5 years as Head/Deputy Head in General Services Division preferably in Bank & Financial sector. Must have adequate knowledge on public procurement act/rules, e-tender and other relevant rules/regulations. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
Age may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates. Strong understanding of procurement, facilities management, and logistics operations. Excellent leadership, communication, problem management and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
