Sheba Holdings Limited is looking for Head of Human Resources (HR)Key PointsWe are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead all HR functions within our real estate organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR LeadershipDevelop and execute human resources strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR matters including workforce planning, change management, and organizational development. Promote and nurture a strong company culture aligned with core values. Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentOversee the full recruitment cycle for various departments including sales, project management, legal, and support teams.

Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-performing professionals. Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires. Performance ManagementDevelop and implement a structured performance management system tailored to the real estate sector. Monitor individual and team performance; guide managers on appraisals and feedback processes. Support development plans for underperformers and succession planning for key roles. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs across the organization and design role-specific training programs (e. g. , sales, compliance, negotiation). Coordinate with internal teams and external trainers to deliver impactful learning experiences. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Employee Engagement & CultureDesign and drive initiatives that foster employee motivation, satisfaction, and retention. Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and create action plans. Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs. Compensation & BenefitsDesign and manage compensation structures including fixed pay, commissions, and incentives. Ensure payroll accuracy, timely disbursement, and compliance with local laws. Evaluate and manage employee benefits, insurance, and wellness programs. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations (e. g. , RERA), and company policies. Oversee employment contracts, HR documentation, and grievance handling. Partner with legal for dispute resolution and audits.

HR Operations & SystemsManage HR operations including HRMS, employee records, and reporting. Leverage technology to streamline and automate HR processes. Maintain confidentiality and data protection protocols. Diversity, Equity & InclusionPromote diversity and inclusion across recruitment, development, and policy-making. Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment. Educational RequirementsMastersBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Human Resource Management, HR, HR Operations, HR and AdminExperience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate,Developer
