BRAC Enterprises is looking for Incharge, Chilling Center (Aarong Dairy)Job Description / ResponsibilityPlan for milk collection by ensuring the necessary test for controlling the qualityPreserve milk in the tank with proper maintaining of hygiene and cleaningAttend the regular farmer`s meeting, identify the farmer`s need/problems & give necessary suggestion for solving the problemsUpdate all registers, bill voucher and all records regularly for smooth running of chilling centersMaintain stock of spare parts, chemical, dairy equipment and make the fund requisition timely for milk bill paymentEnsure quality milk collection, fair price payment implementation of the milk producers and all financial activities of chilling center.
Contact with management for solving any problems/suggestion as and when necessaryPrepare daily requisition of milk tanker, daily milk collection report and stock report etc. Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environmentPractice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of actionFollow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do soPerform any other jobs delegated by the supervisor(s)Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsDiplomaThe candidate must have Graduate / Diploma from any government approved institute with minimum CGPA 2.
50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinationsExperience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Livestock,DairyAdditional RequirementsEducation and experience may be relaxed in case of potential candidatesScience background candidates will be given preferenceHands-on knowledge on chilling centers operationsKnowledge on inventory Management, Supply chain management, milk quality check and procurementExcellent in work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environmentAble to work under stress situationJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
