Job Description

A Renowned Group of Companies is looking for Management CoordinatorJob Description / ResponsibilityManage and optimize the CEO’s schedule, ensuring high-priority alignment of meetings, engagements, and strategic time blocks. Serve as a key communication bridge between the CEO and Senior Management Team (SMT), departments, and external stakeholders. Draft correspondence, presentations, speeches, greetings, and high-level communications. Attend internal and external meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, taking detailed notes, summarizing outcomes, and ensuring action points are followed up. Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and strategic forums involving the CEO.

Participate in structured departmental rotations across HR, Admin, Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT Operations, and Strategic Planning. Document key learnings from each department, identifying interdependencies and improvement areas. Collaborate with team leads to understand departmental goals, challenges, and leadership expectations. Engage in strategic business reviews, performance discussions, and confidential projects alongside the CEO. Track key business initiatives, KPIs, and priorities, ensuring alignment with leadership vision. Assist in strategic planning, research, and business analysis required by the CEO. Learn to anticipate the needs of the CEO and act as a proactive extension of their leadership.

Manage travel arrangements for the CEO including visas, itineraries, and travel budgets. Coordinate speaking engagements, media appearances, and internal/external representations. Maintain physical and digital filing systems for confidential and strategic documents. Build the capability to lead special cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO. Develop strong emotional intelligence and decision-support skills. Establish trust with department heads and act as a liaison to ensure aligned execution of CEO directives. Prepare yourself to eventually lead executive support, people strategy facilitation, and strategic planning initiatives across the organization.

Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Good communication skills, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English. , Cross Functional CollaborationExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in strategy associate / Cross functional project / Management consultant / Executive assistant to CEO or MD. Demonstrated leadership potential.

Excellent command of English and Bengali — both written and verbal. Strong analytical thinking, emotional intelligence, and a high sense of responsibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Job LocationDhaka
