SQ Group of Companies is looking for Management Trainee Officer - ProcurementJob Description / ResponsibilitySupport the Material Take-Off (MTO) process by extracting material requirements from technical drawings and project documents. Coordinate with the design and engineering team to identify and verify technical specifications of required components and materials. Help prepare and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement use. Assist the procurement team in sourcing materials, collecting quotations, and ensuring timely delivery from approved vendors. Support technical evaluation of supplier offers based on compliance with project and quality standards.

Maintain organized records of purchase requisitions, supplier communications, and relevant technical documentation. Participate in vendor follow-ups to track order status, lead times, and material readiness for substation or transformer projects. Attend internal training and development programs as part of the company’s structured MTO development path.
