FC Apparels Limited is looking for Manager/AGM (Admin & HR)Job Description / ResponsibilityResponsible to make and implement Company Admin & HR polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts. Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc. Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc. The candidate should have sound knowledge on Organizational Development, Policy Development, Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor Laws etc.
To draw Action Plan & implement the same in line with the vision of the Company / Direction of the top Management to manage growth of the Organization. Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR, Admin & Compliance. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Study labor market and wage trends, various relevant Government labor legislation. Formulate employee motivation factors, counselling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc. Manage annual staff surveys to measure staff morale and organization climate, then develop and implement effective strategies.
