Job Responsibilities for the post -Checking PI of suppliers, if any correction include to send to supplier provide us to same as then open foreign LC and TT. To properly check MRR copy and submission superior to release local documents, also check, prepare and monitor party acceptance of local BTB LC.

Cover note collection from insurance company. Properly maintain B/E(HDL, HSML and HTL) timely collection and submission to customs bond dept. Data maintain in software, register etc. Monthly checking marine insurance bill and provide the Accounts and Finances Dept. for payment settlement. Cotton inspection monitoring and collect inspection report for short weight claim. Prepare and handle export documentation of buyer.
Prepare customs documents sea/air, checking with contract/UD, booking follow up with merchandiser, on time NGC/ASN complete correctly otherwise penalty and OTP involved. Follow up stuffing, making BL draft and confirm to forwarder, BL collection, final documents making and on time submission otherwise non compliance fee and port demurrage involve with the issue. Prepare various reports as per Commercial Dept. Head requirement.
