Support new employee orientation and onboarding formalities. Ensure employee records and practices are in line with Bangladesh Labor Law. Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal documentation. Maintain proper documentation for disciplinary actions and ensure due process. Assist in handling grievances and resolving workplace issues diplomatically. Assist in conducting background verification and reference checks.
Schedule interviews, prepare assessments, and coordinate with other interview related formality. Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and official communications. Participate in policy formulation and HR process improvement initiatives. Support internal communication and company culture development. Assist in exit interviews and offboarding formalities. Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource ManagementSkills Required: Hard Working, team work, Good communication skillsExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsSound understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
