Key PointsCoordinate bulk sales orders, prepare contracts, process SOs, DOs, challans & invoices in ERP, track collections, monitor stock, and coordinate dispatches with warehouse & transport teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Job Description / ResponsibilityCoordinate daily bulk sales orders from corporate clients, industrial buyers (e. g. , Flour Mills, Dal Mills), and Traders. Prepare and process Sales Contracts, ensure timely sales order(SO), entry DOs (Delivery Orders), Challans, and Invoices via ERP.
Maintain a daily collection tracker against each sales order and ensure timely daily collection followup from customers aligned with the sales force. Track Saleable stock availability, Coordinate dispatches with warehouse and transport teams, ensuring compliance with delivery terms. Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in AccountingBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain ManagementSkills Required: Market Research, ERP Software, Good communication skills, Microsoft ExcelExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
