Live Shopping is looking for Product & Supply Chain ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityReports To: CEO / Top ManagementJob Summary: LIVE Shopping is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager who will oversee the full product lifecycle based on real-time customer demand. This role is key to ensuring that the right products are developed, sourced, and circulated — driven by data from digital, online, and offline teams. The Product Manager will lead a dedicated team, handle supplier coordination, and work closely with the CEO to optimize product offerings, circulation, and pricing. Responsibilities: Demand-Based PlanningCollect and analyze product demand data from:

Digital Marketing Team (ad response, trend data)Online Sales Team (ecommerce reports, customer feedback)Offline Retail Team (store-level demand and sales insights)Translate data into demand-based product development and supply plans. Product Development & Team LeadershipLead a team of product developers, merchandisers, and sourcing personnel. Finalize designs, materials, and product specs based on market insights. Ensure alignment of product range with brand direction and seasonal requirements. Sourcing & Supply ManagementIdentify and manage local and international suppliers or production partners. Oversee costing, quality control, and timely procurement of raw materials and finished goods.

Coordinate with factories and internal teams for delivery timelines and inventory levels. Product Circulation & PricingEnsure timely product movement across outlets and ecommerce channels. Set pricing strategies aligned with cost, customer value perception, and market trends. Work with Finance and CEO to ensure profitability and scalability. Cross-Department CollaborationSync with: CEO & Top Management for strategic approvalsMarketing Team for product storytelling and campaign alignmentInventory and Fulfillment Teams for stock managementRetail Managers for real-time customer feedbackReporting & DocumentationPrepare and present weekly product status reports, demand forecasts, pricing updates, and supply chain health to the CEO and top leadership.

Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Science (BSc)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Fashion Management, or related fieldExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Super storeAdditional Requirements3–5 years of experience in product or supply chain roles, not necessarily important in fashion industry. Strong data analysis skills and hands-on experience with inventory systems or ERPExcellent negotiation, teamk leadership, and decision-making capabilitiesAbility to handle pressure and fast-paced, demand-driven retail operationsJob LocationAnywhere in BangladeshSalaryTk. 28000 - 35000 (Monthly)
