Location: Uttar Rashidbag, RayebagKey Responsibilities: Supervise daily Factory production operations on the shop floor. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Monitor worker performance and provide guidance as needed. Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality departments. Maintain proper documentation of production and attendance.
Troubleshoot production issues and take corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations. Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsDiplomaAdditional Requirements5-7 years’ experience in Factory production supervision. Strong knowledge of sewing, finishing, and quality procedures. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
