Nexus Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for Regulatory & International Affairs (RIA) OfficersJob Description / ResponsibilityAdministrative & Executive SupportManage the MD’s daily schedule, calendar, and appointments. Arrange and coordinate meetings, travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and event logistics. Screen calls, emails, and visitors to prioritize urgent matters. Maintain a system for filing, correspondence, and document control. Draft letters, reports, memos, and confidential documents on behalf of the MD. Meeting & Communication SupportPrepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action point summaries. Coordinate communication between MD and other departments (Sales, Marketing, PMD, HR). Handle follow-ups on assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, clients, and government offices (e. g. , DGDA, DLS). Confidential SupportMaintain strict confidentiality regarding business plans, employee issues, contracts, and company data. Handle sensitive HR documents, salary sheets, or regulatory communications. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain copies of important agreements, registrations, approvals, and licenses. Assist in preparing or reviewing documents for submission to government authorities (e. g. , animal health product registration). May assist in coordination with international partners or embassies for visa processing or collaboration. Special Veterinary Context ResponsibilitiesCoordinate MD’s meetings with Product Management (PMD), regulatory affairs, and technical services teams.

Help compile monthly reports or field performance summaries. May assist in preparing MD’s presentations for veterinary conferences, seminars, or foreign partners. Sometimes accompany MD to technical or industry meetings (AHCAB, DLS events). Educational RequirementsMaster of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)Master of Science (MSc) in ChemistryMaster of Science (MSc) in MicrobiologyMust be an A-Grade Registered Pharmacist with the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council. (Mandatory)Must be registration number of BVCSkills Required:
