Job Description

HABIB INDUSTRIES LIMITED is looking for Sr. Officer / Officer-HR & Admin (Head Office)Job Description / ResponsibilityAssist to maintain and update employee personal files. Maintain and update Employee Leave database record by ERP software. Prepare training materials & work for organizational development. Prepare job description for new employee. Filled up Manpower Requisition Form, Taking Approval from Management, Job Posting to bdjobs. com or others online portal. CV Shortlisting, Screening, CV Send to HOD for finalize candidate list, Invite candidates for interview. Arrange written (if) and oral interview. Prepare NOTE SHEET for Recruitment Approval and Take approval from Management.

Issue offer letter/appointment letter to selected candidates, Issue different type HR related letter. Talk to HODs & response to colleagues when required. Coordinate with Factory on recruitment, attendance and various issues. Prepare show cause letter, warning letter, office note, office memo, etc. Conduct Inventory half yearly or yearly. Assist to prepare payroll process by ERP Software in due time. Prepare & maintain employee development program & training. Monitoring the time and attendance (face, biometric & manual) and preparing and sending the monthly attendance report in time for payroll processing.

Open Bank Account for new employee, ID Card, Visiting Card for new and old (if any) employee. Work with BIDA, Visa process. Office Order Circulation on Employee Job Location Transfer, Festival Holidays, Leave etc. Assist for renewal (Trade license, IRC, Fire license, Environment certificate, Factory License,). Assist to BRTA work, Trade Mark Registration, RJSC registration, Form X, Xii renewal. Office & Vehicle Management. Assist to Event Management (IPF, BAPA food pro, SME fair in Bangladesh etc. )Communicate regularly at local governance (Police & Fire station, WASA, DESCO, City Corporation etc.

)Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource ManagementMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource ManagementGraduation/Post graduation in HRM from reputed Public/Private university. PGDHRM will get preferenceSkills Required: Training & Development, Visa Processing, Core HR KnowledgeExperience Requirements2 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
