Digicon Technologies Ltd. is looking for Support EngineerJob Description / ResponsibilityTo provide system support and general configuration of software. First line network fault handling by monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems and outages. Communication with Clients and operators with follow up. Ensure that all internal IT help desk requests are actioned. To deal with staff/customers in an empathic and technically effective manner. Provide technical assistance as required for new client projects. Ensure active tracking and record for all movement of IT assets.
