Multinational group of Company is looking for Sr. HR Executive (Factory)Job Description / ResponsibilityJob ContextWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our factory HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end HR functions of the factory, including recruitment, attendance & leave management, employee relations, compliance, and welfare activities. Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily HR operations at the factory level. Ensure proper attendance, leave, and overtime records in coordination with the Admin & Compliance team. Handle the recruitment and onboarding of workers and staff for the factory.
Support disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and maintain healthy industrial relations. Assist in performance appraisal processes and HR documentation. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and factory rules. Coordinate with the Head Office HR team on policy implementation and reporting. Maintain employee database and prepare regular HR reports. Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Skills Required: Computer skillExperience RequirementsAt least 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Garments,TextileAdditional RequirementsStrong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & its amendments.
