ChefOnline is looking for Manager / Assistant Manager- HR & AdminJob Description / ResponsibilityWe are hiring an experienced and proactive Manager/ Assistant-HR & Admin to lead human resources, compliance, and administrative operations. This role will report directly to the GM and CEO, playing a key part in aligning people strategies with business objectives while cultivating a productive and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR policy, compliance, and organisational planning. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development. Oversee performance appraisals and incentive systems. Ensure labour law compliance and internal documentation. Supervise admin operations, procurement, and vendor management. Support internal branding and culture-building initiatives.
Implement HRMS tools and digital HR operations. Manage crisis protocols and data protection policies. Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource ManagementMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource ManagementBachelor’s/ Master’s of Business Administration (BBA/MBA) in Human Resource Management/ PGD in Human Resource ManagementCertifications in labour law or HR compliance (preferred)Skills Required: HR & Training, HR Operations, HRM ReportExperience Requirements5 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,E-commerceExperience: 7 to 10 years experience in HR & admin leadership roles.
