Your mandate is simple—but ambitious:Lead & Coach — Manage and mentor a growing team of BDRs across EMEA, setting clear goals and creating scalable career paths. Build Pipeline — Design and execute scalable, data‑driven prospecting programs that consistently deliver qualified meetings and net‑new ARR. Optimize Process — Partner with RevOps to refine ICP targeting, territories, cadences, and tooling. Align Cross‑Functionally — Work closely with Marketing on campaign strategy and with Account Executives to ensure seamless hand‑offs and high conversion. Report & Forecast — Own top‑of‑funnel metrics, delivering accurate weekly forecasts and actionable insights to leadership. Your success will be measured in pipeline sourced, conversion rates, and the development of a world‑class BD team.What We’re Looking ForInnovative Thinker: Creative problem-solver who thrives when applying technology to complex challenges. Outbound Expertise - Deep knowledge of modern prospecting tactics—sequenced email, social selling, cold calling, ABM, events—and when to use each. Coach and Lead – Someone who is open to launching a few cadences themselves, stress testing the process and showing the team what Great is. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Hiring – Recruit, onboard, and develop BDRs; run regular 1‑on‑1s, call coaching, and quarterly performance reviews. Pipeline Generation – Set weekly/monthly targets; monitor daily activity metrics; refine ICP lists and messaging to exceed pipeline goals. Playbook Ownership – Build and continuously update the global BD playbook, including persona‑based messaging, objection handling, and qualification criteria. Tech Stack & Automation – Ensure reps leverage HubSpot sequences, intent data, and personalization tools efficiently; recommend new tech where it drives ROI. Territory & Segmentation Strategy – Balance workloads across regions, verticals, and rep capacity; adjust territories as we expand. Collaboration – Sync with Marketing on campaign calendars and content; partner with AEs to ensure discovery quality and fast follow‑up. Reporting & Insights – Track KPIs (meetings booked, SQLs, win rate, cycle time); deliver insights that shape GTM strategy. Job Requirements3 + years leading BDR/SDR or inside‑sales teams across multiple time zones; proven coach who turns rookies into quota‑crushers. Demonstrated ability to scale a BD function from < 5 to 10 + reps while raising productivity per rep. Scientist - You treat pipeline like a product: you A/B test, instrument everything, and improve with each iteration. Mastery of HubSpot (or similar), outreach automation platforms, and prospecting data sources. Strong analytical skills; comfortable with funnel analytics, capacity planning, and forecasting. Willingness to travel ≈ 15 % for team sessions, trade shows, and major customer events.
