#yourmissionManage multiple (complex) related projects that may span across one or more business units from order to delivery (initiate, plan, execute, control and close project)Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure projects are aligned to and directly support the achievement of strategic objectivesEnsure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, expected quality, within budget and set KPIsPrepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projectCoordinate, delegate and monitor project tasksActively participate in project reviewsPerform risk managementEffective Management of changes and issuesManage all stakeholders (customer, team, management)Implement effective communication strategy with all stakeholdersServe as interface between the project teams, other teams, and the managementParticipate in defining, optimizing processes and sharing best practicesDrive the constant project implementation process improvementAct as a mentor and provide guidance to project team membersExecute presales activities and support the sales team#yoursuperpowersYou are a team playerYou are passionate about digitization and the future of business processesYou want to grow, and you want to work with like-minded expertsAt least 3 years of experience in IT project management or similar leadership role in ITYou have a master degree in Economics, IT or in similar fieldSkilled in verbal and written communication with the ability to deescalate even the toughest situationsSeasoned team leader able to motivate your project team even when things don’t go wellYou have common sense; you can quickly establish logical connections between different key factors and prioritize them.
